Hard to pick just one goal board challenge for today. Although I've clocked many hours working these last 10 days, today is the first day back at school with kids and other staff, BIG distractions and busy day ahead. Today's challenges: track nutrition and drink 8 glasses of water.

My goal for January is to lose 10 lbs and get back to exercise. I will do 10 minutes of cardio(at least)every day and 3 ST each week. I will track my food 6/7 days.

My goal for January is to eat better. I've been eating junk for the past month and have been gaining weight and feeling like crap. I'm hoping to lose 2-5 pounds this month and get to the gym 5 days per week.
