Well I joined a military gym/ pool for while mine is closed for two weeks cleaning... I have been there about 5 times,, I also went and looked at all the machines in the work out room which is huge..

With the summer winding down and a new season about to start, it seems like the perfect opportunity to try something new.

That's why, for this two week challenge, I want you to conquer a new fear every day. Yep, you read that right. Every day.

The fear can be anything you want ... from trying a new class at the gym to asserting yourself at work, to adding to a discussion on a sparkteam or going skydiving!

The important thing is that you realize that your fears only hold you back if YOU let them. Most of the time, there isn't anything you really have to lose. Find the things you're afraid of doing, and do them!

At the end of this challenge I'm going to ask everyone to tell us about ONE fear they have conquered.

Let the games begin!
