For the next two weeks, my challenge to all of you is to do at least 30 minutes of exercise every day! Pick your poison - you can walk, run, rollerblade, do yoga, get out your bike, hike, dance, or whatever else it is you do! And of course you can mix it up ... but the goal is 30 minutes every single day!

Get out there and work it - Lose that Turkey!
