I am not doing very well with these goals!!!!!!!!! I need to get on it!

Here we go:

NUTRITION:

1. No night-time snacking 3 nights a week min.
2. Breakfast daily (even if just a piece of fruit).
3. Min. 3L of water daily.

FITNESS:

1. Min. 10 miles a week of running/walking.
2. Strength trainig min. once a week.
3. Min. of 150 activity minutes/week.

PERSONAL:

1. Scrap-book at least 20 pages (10 double-page spreads).
2. Send a far-away friend a snail-mail card (Marie).
3. Call a far-away friend (Steph in NZ).

Goal Weight:190

This oughta be an interesting one! I'm gonna do my best, though, as it certainly is a well-rounded one.

NUTRITION:

1. Stay within nutritional ranges
2. One freggie serving from each colour grouping each day
3. No nibbling of the treats given to the kids

FITNESS:

1. Start & continue Yoga program
2. Rollerblading or Biking w/kids each day
3. 1 hour Elliptical Trainer each day

PERSONAL:

1. Write a blog at least 3x a week
2. Plan & implement 'Titanic' unit study w/kids
3. Visit w/2 extended family members that we haven't seen in awhile

Starting Weight: 237.4 lbs
Goal Weight: 233 lbs

CIVIC HOLIDAY SLIMDOWN TEMPLATE

NUTRITION:

1. Stay within nutritional ranges 6/7 days per week.
2. Drink at least 8 cups of water per day.
3. Limit of 1 Diet Coke per day.

FITNESS:

1. Start and complete the 30 Day Shred
2. Improve running (right now 5 mins without stopping)
3. Work on crunches (right now 11 in one sitting)

PERSONAL:

1. Read 4 books (not counting the one I'm halfway through!).
2. Find and apply for at least 4 new jobs.
3. Take a day trip to Niagara Falls with the family.

Starting Weight: 160.0 lbs
Goal Weight: 154.0 lbs
