I'm in.... hope I don't crap out towards the end of the month!

Fitness: 180 cardio minutes/week + ST at least 4 days/week
Nutrition: no more than 1 "planned indulgence" meal/week
Wellness: Read at least 1 book
Motivation: Blog at least once/week

Wellness: List 5 positive things each day, for 30 days
Motivation: Write in a public blog/private journal daily, for 30 days

How about...

Add 1 Fitness Goal, 1 Nutritional Goal, 1 Wellness Goal, and 1 Motivational Goal for the month of August. Blog at least 1x per week with updates.
