I won't be checking my weight officially till Saturday but right now made a mistake and weighed myself 2 days in a row and with a doctor's visit am up. Will not be on the scale till Saturday. Trying hard to get veggies in and today went to the new exercise room in the complex for the 3rd time since it opened in May so while have done it before can I still count using the elliptical trainer? emoticon

Louisa-great progress! It's amazing you are able to do anything with the way things are now! I know you'll get back to tracking once things are more back to normal :)

My progress:
Haven't lost a pound yet this week, but have until Monday so we will see.

Haven't added a new cardio activity yet. Will work on that this weekend.

Got the F&V's down!
Got the tracking done!
Water not a problem!

Progress:

1. Try to lose 1 pound this week (or maintain if you're already where you want to be)
Cautiously optimistic

2. Add a new activity to your cardio routine at least 2 days this week. Try something new and fun that you haven't done before
So far just running and elliptical, but I have been exercising every day.

3. Work on getting 8+ fruits and veggies per day
Usually 12-16 servings a day.

4. Continue to track every bite, lick and taste this week.
For the first time in over 18 months, I have not tracked in a couple of days.

5. Drink at least 10 glasses of water each day.
Exceeded daily

Nothing new yet

Not a problem-have had at least 10 each day

4. Continue to track every bite, lick and taste this week.

Done

5. Drink at least 10 glasses of water each day. Should be a little easier in this heat and humidity!

Well, our last challenge was very quiet so I'm not even sure if anyone participated.

Here's the new one for this week:

1. Try to lose 1 pound this week (or maintain if you're already where you want to be)

2. Add a new activity to your cardio routine at least 2 days this week. Try something new and fun that you haven't done before

3. Work on getting 8+ fruits and veggies per day

4. Continue to track every bite, lick and taste this week.
