Some foods seem to help more to fill you up, I find rice,quinoa,nuts help to add to my vegetables to help along with many types of beans.

I am on the summer challenge now. I have pleurisy, 3 types of anemia from Iron,folic acid,other vitamins not working,chronic pneumonia,chronic kidney disease and low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years..I am 55 years old. I had 7 operations recently. I had cervical cancer 6 years ago, no signs last 3 years as well.

I am really happy and proud of myself for eating under the allowed calories for the day! I NEVER am able to do that, not even for a day! The very few times that I have done it, I have been starving or weak feeling all day. I really did not feel hungry all day and I drank all of my water too. :) emoticon
