I am so off my fitness goals! August was a mess in so many ways! ANYWAY~ although it is 10 days in: "I pledge to get at least 30 min. per day for the next 20 days!" I REALLY need your support and accountability! Blessings all! emoticon

I'll give it a try, although it exceeds the goal I've set myself of 360 cardio min in September. If I get used to it, it'll be easier to keep it up in October, with all the holidays we have (Jewish calendar) and the beginning of the school year at university (I've got plenty of courses to teach emoticon )

This went well last month so I'm thinking "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!" Let's try this again. emoticon

I DARE You to work to get in 30 minutes of CARDIO activity 4 days per week. Anything just get your heart rate up. Hula hoop, jump rope, jumping jacks, swim, let your toddler or preschooler chase you, let the dog walk you, sing "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" as you walk through the neighborhood, power walk in the mall, do lunging squats, Dance Dance Revolution, Wii games....

The 30 minutes doesn't have to be all at once--10 minutes 3 times a day OR 15 minutes 2 times a day counts too....just do what works for you and then tell us about it.

There is nothing fancy about this challenge....just meeting the basic requirements for fitness. Keep your nutritional matters in check, add these 2 hours of fitness into your week and you'll feel better and be more healthy!

Participate for a SP Goodie!

Check in here when you do your cardio. You can just say "hey, I've done my cardio for the day" or you can say "hi" and tell us what you did. I'm hoping for peer pressure here--ya know? All your friends are doing it and you don't want to be left out.

AND don't forget to log all of your hard work on your fitness tracker.

August 1st is MONDAY but you don't have to wait. NOW is a great time to start. Oh and the key to meeting this challenge? STARTING.
