OK, everytime I tried to post this my computer blew up so now it is midmonth
and well I may not make my original goal. A week ago it seemed I might be short by 500 minutes but will try to get as close as possible ... so started putting push after the 10th to catch up ...ouch!

The base of the Mediterranean Pyramid is physical activity. This is a personal challenge designed to help TMW achieve a more active life style. You will be competing against yourself.

Figure out how many fitness minutes you want to do for the month of June and then record each day's time. Remember you are competing against yourself. If you have health issues your minutes will look very different than if you are a seasoned athlete. No worries - do your best.
