I joined the y, swimming three times week in a class, doing cardo three times a week and walking 5 days a week for 30 minutes day. 600 minutes a month emoticon

I will shoot for 2500 fitness minutes the month of June.

6/1 thru 6/17 = 1327
6/18 - 15
6/19 - 100
6/20 - 20
6/21 - 55
6/22 - 37
6/23 - 50

6/25 - 35 + 37
6/26 - 65
6/27 - 62
6/28 - 145
6/29 - 107

Total fitness minutes down: 2128 + 37 = 2165
Total fitness minutes left to goal: 335

OK, I'm not going to make that overly ambitious goal, but almost.
Just gives me more motivation to pass it next month.

Ok I'm in. Last month I aimed for 1000 and made it by 1 extra point. This month I will up a little to 1350.

Ok, time for me to make a big push - so despite not having been able to make it back up to 2000 - this month I'm finally starting out healthy again so...
I will shoot for 2500 fitness minutes the month of June.

The base of the Mediterranean Pyramid is physical activity. This is a personal challenge designed to help TMW achieve a more active life style. You will be competing against yourself.

Figure out how many fitness minutes you want to do for the month of June and then record each day's time. Remember you are competing against yourself. If you have health issues your minutes will look very different than if you are a seasoned athlete. No worries - do your best.
