Alllllllllrighty then. I know what we are going to do. I'll try to put the June Challenge up by next Friday. That way if you wanted we could start the last couple days of May and get in 5 FULL weeks of a challenge.

I was trying to think of what challenge would be best. I know we are all at different stages physically.

So, I thought if we could start off with an accountability thread (which would be like the current monthly challenge thread) we could use that as a lead in to an actual challenge. How does that sound?

I'm thinking 30 minutes a day for 3 days would be a good start since that's what doctors and all the other "experts" suggest. This could be the walking (that many of you already do to get all those steps in).

The biggest road block in incorporating a fitness activity is actually doing it. I over think my day and all the stuff that I have to do and over look the need of meeting my fitness needs. Anyone else?

Suggestions? Comments? Other?
