My Goal for Success:
1. To walk a minimum of 20 min 4 days a week.
2. To conquer the "Killer Hill" (again).
3. To not let the weather stop me from moving. Use the treadmill or the exercise bike on those bad weather days!
4. To lose 1 pound a week through good nutrition and exercise.

Was not able to do cardio my today. I banged my pinky toe about 10 days ago and have been doing my workouts with pain, hoping that it would go away. But yesterday I couldn't take it any longer and went to see my doctor. He sent for x-rays, for there is a posibility that my little toe may be fractured or broken. How could I walk with a broken toe? He said it happens a lot. I tried jogging on my treadmill today and I wasn't able to. Have to give my feet a rest.

I couldn't find my pedometer all month!! Finally found it yesterday! I just put a "guess-timate" down for the days I went without. Back on track!

Gather 'round Sparkies for a May Challenge!!

Get your pedometers calibrated and ready to do some serious walking beginning May 1st!

Join the Team Goals to Walk 5,000 Steps a Day in the month of May! 5,000 steps isn't all that much to ask, but do your best and post whatever you can do every day! The object is to Keep Moving!

Don't forget to record your steps in the Spark Fitness! To add "Steps Tracker" to your Spark Fitness go to the top of the Fitness Tracker and click on "Change Fitness Goals", put a check mark in "Step Tracker" box, then click on to "setup" and set your "Steps Goal" to how many steps you want to reach as your daily goal!
