Congraulations to all that participated in the May Weigh Challenge. Winning the May weigh-in challenge was a pleasant surprise. I was just challenging myself and never thought about an award. But it does feel good to be acknowledged.Thanks for the congratulations. Becky, thank you for the goodie from Mediterranean Way team. I am looking forward to the June challenge. Third month in a row. Yeah!

Well~ I didn't get below 200, but I am down to 204 as of today. I have lost a LOT of inches however so overall I am very happy with my progress for May! I continue to make healthy choices as much as possible and am REALLY excited to see what this summer will bring. Congrats to all those who made progress in May!

How did I do in April? I was a roller coaster in April but ended up at starting weight.

What do you plan to do differently? I plan on walking a minimum of 20 minutes 6 x week

My Goal for May is: to lose 1 pound a week
My Starting weight in May is: 230

05/01 = 230

05/21 = 228

I am sorry but I am tired of my weight and do not want to share it as yet. I will say that I lost 18 pounds by changing the way I eat and cutting out some poor choices. emoticon

I just joined here and also the 5% challenge and bootcamp and also the diabetic one. So have a lot I want to try. Not good at challenges so doing these is a challenge in itself. My biggest challenge will be logging my food.
I had lost some in March and now have put it back on again. so starting will be:
