04/21 =Exercise Completed: Seated Dumbbell Concentration Curls
04/22 =Exercise Completed;Lying Abduction with Band
04/23 =Exercise Completed;Single-Leg Bridges on ball (don't have a foam roller)

04/24 =Exercise Completed; side plank -haven't got a balance board
04/25 =Exercise Completed preacher curl-no machine- did bicep curls

23/24/25.... no machines and misplaced bands Friday

Bridges & SingleLeg Bridges

Hip Flexors, CloseWall Pushups, and Crunches

Dumbbell Biceps Curls


My stomach hates hates hates Swimming
but I did do modifications of this, Chest and Leg Raises (both double and alternating single legs)

Every day we receive messages from SparkPeople.com that are filled with good sound advice offering us suggestions on how we can reach our goals for a healthier lifestyle. We see them... but do we do them? This morning I was catching up on my Sparkmail from a couple days ago, and the exercise of the day (a couple days ago) was Yoga for the Abs the Modified Plank.
