I didn't catch this until the end of the day, but here's what I did:

4 servings of vegetables - spinach, red bell pepper, cabbage, onion, celery
4 glasses of water

I will probably have an apple before bed, too.

I like the idea of daily challenges!

7 servings of fruits and veggies and 8 glasses of water (I used to drink 12-14 a day, but my cardiologist said that was too much for me and the diuretic I'm on, so now I try to keep it between 8 and 10, but that's hard because I love my water!)

I had progressive veggie soup for lunch and an orange and strawberries for breakfast so I need 2 or 3 more! Water is never a problem!

I'm ahead of USA time being in the UK so my 31/3 is almost over.
Breakfast; branflakes with a mix of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries,
Lunch a sandwich but had a yogurt and added mango and grapes.
Dinner; an enormous salad with Salmon.
