emoticon for the recipe. I have never made it with wholemeal in the breadmaker. I will give it a go.

I have bread machine. It has cookbook. I make the pizza dough from it. But I change the recipe some. I make the 2 pound recipe. I get the three pizza out of the recipe.

11/2 cups water
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
(1/2 teaspoon of salt) I DON'T USE SALT. The recipe calls for salt.
1 small package of dry yeast
I put the ingredients in the order I have listed. The yeast I make a small dent in the flour. But not all the way to the liquid.
I run on the dough setting.
I split the dough into 3 balls of dough. I use one and put the others in bread bags that is sprayed with olive oil. I spray the pan too. Put one in the pan spread in out. Bake it at 425 dregrees for 8 minute. Than put the tops on it. Bake for 10 minutes more. Than serve 6 servings.
