The only snack that I've had this week is today, when I had a Luna bar, Nutz Over Chocolate.

Although I have been taking an hour to eat my breakfast (granola bar, yogurt & a piece of fruit).

I had grapes yesterday for a snack.

I'm about to have more for a snack.

Until today I only had 1 snack factored in. Now I have 2 snacks factored in.

ETA: July 20th

Morning snack

1oz Monterrey Jack Cheese (I had no IDEA 1oz was so BIG!)
20 seedless grapes

I didn't have a 2nd snack yesterday b/c I went out for dinner and blew my calories for the day.

My plan today is:

Snack #1

Apple with 1 tbl organic peanut butter

Totals: Calories:171 Carbs: 25 Fat: 8 Protein: 4

Snack #2

1/2 english muffin
1 tbl organic peanut butter
1 tbl strawberry jam

Totals: Cals: 213 Carbs: 31 Fat: 8 Protein: 6

Happy Sunday everyone! I hope you had a good week. I was really happy to see you all take the team challenge last week. Thanks so much for participating!

The Week 9 Team Challenge is:

Eat 2 healthy snacks a day. They should be around 200 calories each and contain carbs, fat and protein. Post your snacks here on this thread and include the calories, carbs, fat and protein in your snack. Hopefully we'll help eachother find new, healthy and delicious snacks to keep us full and satisfied!

This challenge starts on Monday to give you time to plan. An example would be:

Fat Free Greek Yogurt
Fiber One Buds (1/3 cup)
Almonds (7)

Totals: Calories: 209, Carbs: 33, Fat: 5, Protein: 19
