Whew! My trainer gave me homework since I can't meet with her next week. My workout today kicked my butt:

Warm up on elliptical for 5 minutes
2 sets each of 3 strength exercises
10 minutes on elliptical at level 10
2 sets each of 3 strength exercises
10 minutes on elliptical at level 8
2 sets each of 3 strength exercises
10 minutes on elliptical at level 7
2 sets each of 3 strength exercises
5 minutes on elliptical at level 7
2 sets each of 3 ab exercises
5 minute cool down on elliptical

Man was I sweating. I was drenched! Day off tomorrow b/c I'm traveling. Whew!!

I just saw this topic now, so I'm going to add all of my activity at once:

Monday July 12th - Couch to 5K Week 5 Day 1
Tuesday July 13th - half hour resistance training
Wednesday July 14th - Couch to 5K Week 5 Day 2 (epic fail, could not finish my last running set, but I did finish the half hour by walking)
Thursday July 15th - Couch to 5K Week 5 Day repeat, I finished it this time!
Friday July 16th - half hour resistance training

Thursday the 15th - 2.6 mile run, completed it in 25 minutes. That makes it about 11 minute miles.

July 14th

20 minutes of chasing my son around. I think he has a secret stash of chocolate somewhere and ate it all yesterday. It was one thing after another. He figured out how to pull his pants down (that or he walked on them until they pulled off) took his diaper off and streaked for a while, with me chasing him everywhere! That and he wasn't willing to nap much yesterday, so no "workouts" for me. *sigh*

I'm behind...
Tuesday 13th - 2 1/2 mile run, 28 minutes, still recovering from my tear sure wish I could have just picked up from where I left off 5 weeks ago.

Wednesday 14th - 30 minutes on elliptical on an aerobic training setting and 20 minute ball and resistance band work out. Oh my aching Abs!

15 minutes on the elliptical; my first time using it. Oh, my aching knees. I was trying for a half-hour, oh well.

June 12th (yesterday)

Did all the strength training exercises from SP
Danced and wiggled with my son throughout the day
Chased him through the house (I'd say both total to about 45 minutes combined)
Did 5 minutes of zumba. OMG! It's going to kill me, but it's OH SO FUN!

Hey Team! I'm back from vacation so I hope you all enjoyed your break from me!! emoticon The break stops now!! For me too!! I gained 4 pounds on vacation so I have some serious work to do! Getting back on track is so hard, isn't it? I bet I'm not the only one that needs to get back on track this week. Am I right??? Anywho, for your challenge this week I want everyone to post your daily workout here. Even if it's just a short walk, try to do something physical every day and tell the team about it. This is not a contest, so don't try to keep up with anyone. Do this for yourself. I'll start the thread. Please join me! emoticon
