I knew I should written those down in my journal. I completely forgot to do them. *sigh* However, I haven't been watching TV this week (not yet). I can pick it up from today, I guess.

This week was a bust for me, though I tried to get it done. I WILL do it this week though. I'll do double trouble until I get it mastered! :D RAWR!

Awww, this week was a bit of a bust. Despite my plans to accumulate each day's activities over the week to end up with a rockin' workout, i didn't do ANY of them! I have an injured knee so was laid up for the week. Funny how a knee injury stopped me from doing crunches... hummm.
I'll do it another time though... for sure!

I can do this one better! I watch a different exercise show on Fit TV and work out with it every day. I really enjoy it because I don't get bored with doing the same old thing and I can do it in privacy at home.

I LOVE this challenge! Thanks Libbie! I just got my mits on Billy Blanks Tae Bo Boot Camp and was wondering how I was going to get from zero to hero... this will really help change my sofa brain!

Well, last week's challenge was a bust! Sorry you didn't like it. Maybe this week's challenge will be more to your liking.

This week I challenge you to be active while watching television. Get up off the sofa and do the following:

Monday: 2 sets of 15 squats
Tuesday: 2 sets of 15 crunches
Wednesday: 1 set of 15 pushups (on your knees for beginners)
Thursday: 2 sets of 25 jumping jacks (low jacks if you have knee issues)
Friday: Stretch for 5 minutes
Saturday: 2 sets of oblique crunches

Take your time. No one says you need to do all reps and sets at once.
