If you are talking about those little hand stress balls. I've seen them at Walgreen's drug store before. Know what you are saying about the exercise, It's really helping me with stress also.
Good Luck.

Finding a solution to your stress, especially a healthy solution, in just two weeks is fantastic!!! Just keep it up and get plenty of sleep. Sleep really allows our bodies to get ready for the next day and to clear the stress from the day before. Be proud of yourself!

Cannot believe my ticker now reads my final healthy goal weight. Inching towards it with God's help.

I love watching and singing along with Santa Clause is Coming To Town. What does that have to do with your discussion points or Stress in general? The song... "Just put one foot in front of the other" - it's my inspiration and reminder. Can I just put one foot in front of the other today, maybe not fast, maybe not as strong as I have been... but just one foot in front of the other? Yes I can. And that is what you are doing too!!

Keep on....

There is a bunch of us doing the same thing and a bunch that have gone before! Marching on..

Amy: I, too, am back on track after 2 bad weeks. One of the things that kept me on keel was the walking I did last week, even with bad knees. It doesn't have to be fast, just consistent, right? And now I'm down a pound!!

So I just finished week 2. I've been coping with my stress a lot by simply taking walks, and I've had an almost perfect week. The week before was so bad, and I noticed it was because my sleep and everything else was out of whack. I'm just happy to have found a peaceful way to cope. I still get cravings, but I feel I actually am starting to enjoy exercising, the Wii Fit helps too. A good sweat, followed by a relaxing hot shower, and then a nap, has been doing wonders.I still want to get a good stress ball but I can't find any in the store, I might just order one off Amazon or something.
