I just want to say welcome! and it sounds like you're off to a great start. I will just add get your WATER in too. I work out after work but I also try and walk at lunch when I can. Get that movement going wherever and whenever you can and always rely on the resources SP offers - you are soooo not alone. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hi Gatoeyez;
Welcome to the stress busting challenge, I've been in it 6 weeks now & I find this helped me so much to let go of stress. You've set some great goals for you to start with, I wish you well on all the goals you set for yourself during this challenge.
I learned a lot from articles & from all the experienced people who've posted on this team, there are so many helpful, intelligent supportive people on this team, reach out & I'm sure you'll learn too.

Just take it one step at a time, remember take time to just stop & breathe. I learned early in this challenge that I used to hold my breath a lot in stressful situations. I wish you well please post so I can learn your doing better.

1. Leave work at WORK.
2. Don't go to bed angry.
3. WORK OUT - and make time for it. Regardless of how tired I am!
4. Take a little "Me" time. If not everyday, at LEAST once a week.
5. Grocery shop on the weekends, and plan meals ahead.

What do I hope to get out of this challenge?

I hope to be a happier (and less snappy) mom, and to find myself exercising without making excuses.
