Take it from me I've found that if you sat down & Id''ed the different types of STRESS & wrote them down with iniatals with 1 always being _S I've ID'ed the following after looking at mine see what you come up wiyh:
1,MS-MEDICAL STRESS
2,WS-WORK STRESS
3,LPS-LIMIT PUSHING STRESS
4,TLS-TIME LIMIT STRESS
5,FS-FAMILY STRESS
i just gave you 5 exsamples now you try to see if you can come up with your

I'm wanting to have an all-around better understanding of my stresses, where they are, and how to manage them effectively. Being able to keep a better attitude on life and smile at the little worries that come along.
