Just lost my wallets with all my ID. I'm more sad because the best picture of my son is inside there and I don't have a copy. So reading your comments helps me.
Taking thing less seriouslly.
Learn from my mistake and do better.
Doing exercise helps also.
FInding the nice things in life (example, my 3 year old son is there with me and happy).
Try to not focus on the negative
Taking lots of nice breath.

My stress is way down. I've found a really good technique and I've only snapped at my husband once this week because of stress. I'm doing pretty well right now. I hope to be even better in a few weeks though!

I have found the perfect way to deal with a lot of my stress and it is working better then I could ever imagine! I haven't had a panic attack in 2 days. Woohoo! emoticon

How's your stress doing. When all else fails, I always (usually yelling) say "Here GOD, you handle this, I am done with it!!!!" And it always seems better when I do.

I really find that the Bible study in the morning is a huge stress reliever. Somehow I find life so much easier when I have started the day with prayer and Bible study. (And trust me when I say I haven't had an easy day in 2 years).
My goals
1. minimum of 20 minutes of exercise per day.
2. work for 15 minutes a day cleaning out my basement
3. on my days off spend 15 minutes prepping my garden

I figured that this was a good place to start and I will change the goals as I get better with these!
1. get up on time and have Bible study
2. at least 20 minutes of cadio a day. (10 minutes before work)
3. 8-12 glasses of water a day
4. 30 minutes a day of doing something I want to do

Everyone is doing the best they can with what they have and where they are.

Remember that the scale isn't the only way to measure weightloss success!

My goals for this week include trying to find a lighter side to stressful situations, not eating myself into a coma, and not letting the stress affect other areas of my life, such as taking my frustration at one person out on another.

By the end of the 4 weeks I want:
1. to be able to manage stress without effecting my family
2. have stress not affect me as much because I have ways of dealing
3. be able to achieve things without being overwhelmed by stress

THIS WEEKS GOAL! Don't pick fights with my husband when I'm stressed and find stress relief exercises! emoticon
