My kids love when we turn on music and dance. They also like doing workout videos with me. I don't necessarily get much of a workout, but it's fun to watch them try to keep up :)

I have to be honest. The first two weeks were easy for me. My family breezed through the food challenges and turning off the TV as we already had those changes in play. Getting to the physical stuff is more problematic, which in general is my personal challenge as well.

My daughters are both in gymnastics with the older one taking dance. They run and play lots, and we send them outside whenever we can, although with it being winter that doesn't happen as much.

For the adults in the house, the activity is definitely lessened. I have trouble identifying things we could actively do with kids at such a young age. Even together with my husband I'm not doing a good job. Work is so prominent in our lives after the kids go to sleep.

We'll need to develop a plan and actually stick to it. Any ideas for family indoor activities during unfriendly winter weather?
