Looking ahead is making me very fretful. I know what I want but that is not enough. I am trying to break it up into small goals but I am feeling so overwhelmed at the moment.

I firmly believe that the healthier you get, the more your body will let you know it needs those healthy scheduled sleep benefits--even on Sunday. emoticon

So I have been sticking with my goals so much more than I thought I would. Self discipline can happen. I have to make myself turn off the tv or put down the book so that I can get to bed on time, but I am doing it more and more. So that's my long term goal, to keep it up. I am much more productive at work, healthier, and more alert when my body gets the sleep it needs. I also want to try harder to get to bed and wake up the same time on weekends. Just not sure I am ready to let go of sleeping in on Sundays yet.
