My migraines are now better thanks to the injections of Botox in my head and shoulders so I am sleeping deeper. I am still a night owl but manage 7 or8 hours a night most nights.

I hope you are getting deeper sleep without the coffee and a bit earlier to bed.

I keep a daily journal, and am now recording my bed to rise times. The fitbit picks up all my actual sleep times, which doesn't tell the whole story. I'm still struggling with getting to bed on time, and from my journal, it appears that earlier bedtimes result in more deep sleep. Coffee late in the afternoon affects my ability to sleep too, and sometimes I slip back into old habits and have another cup after dinner. I'm gradually substituting tea for that relaxing habit.

On to week 3....
