December sleep journal.

Dec. 7th seemed to be a restless night. 6 hours and 18 minutes.

My Nov. Sleep Journal

Week 1
Nov. 4-11

Nov. 4 - 10 p.m. to 5:45 Using C-PAP machine for 5th night. It started leaking air pressure at 5:45 a.m. and I could not get it adjusted to hold the air so just got up. Still 7 hours and 45 minutes sleep.

Nov. 5 - 11 p.m. - 6 a.m. Using C-PAP machine. Started leaking air and hurting my nose bridge. Bleeding. Got new mask today. 7 hrs. sleep. Migraine this morning.

Nov. 6 - Went to be at midnight and slept to 6:30. Had to leave for LA for UCLA Migraine Center appointment at 11:15 a.m.

Nov. 7 - Had 7 hours sleep. Woke up once.

Nov. 8 - 11 pm to 7 - 8 hours

Nov. 9 - 10:30 to 7 8 & 1/2 hours. Had to turn off my C-PAP machine about 4 a.m. as it was hurting my face and leaking air. I could have gone to bed earlier but was reading a book and wanted to keep reading. Need to work on that habit.

Nov. 10 - 6 hours and then a 2 hour nap.

Nov. 11 - Having trouble sleeping because of migraine pain. Did get 7 hours.

Nov. 12 - Again migraine pain. 4 hours
Nov. 13 - pain from a migraine again caused me to loss sleep. 4 hours and then about 3 hours of naps today.
Nov. 14 - went to bed about 1:40 and slept until 9:10. Did not have to take an imitrex for migraines today. One started but went away on its on.
Nov. 15- It is midnight and I am still up enjoying no migraine.Nov.
I stayed up until 2:30 to enjoy being migraine free. Sleep until 9:30-7 hours.
Nov. 16 I stayed up until 2;30 enjoying some time with no migraine pain. Slept until 9:30. 7 hours.
