Thanks for the input. I had an odd travel schedule this week and was on a tarmak for 3 hours the other day so I missed my cardio (I had every intention). Luckily, I had done a 10 min video for cardio in the morning so I was really only missing 20 minutes and I made it up yesterday.
Just have to keep on "keepin' on":}

Thanks for all the support!

@DSTINCHCOMB1 I think what I found the best is that they are divided by weeks. If I had a really rough day at work or a long day (I did have more than one day of returning after 10PM) I could skip a day and make it up the following day. It seems to focus more on doing better not on being perfect. It's own support system. Good luck on the rest of your challenge.

As I am nearing the end of week four, I want to complete the challenge by setting my long term goals.

In terms of my diet I want to make a habit of meal planning. I've been on the verge for weeks and now that planning meals in advance is making my work day so much easier, it's time to make my evening equally easier.

Also, as I'm nearing my weight loss goal (3 kilos left!), I want to focus on turning some of the left over fat into muscle. I am ready to lose inches (or centimeters) of flab and love handles.

Lastly, I want to keep running. This week I have my first walk/run 5k. I will redo the training again and run another in 5 weeks, this time focusing on speed and endurance. I will sign up to run a 10k in March.

It's time to make the changes habit.
