Got off track this week due to a 5 day vaca with the fam. I ate too much a few days though only by a few hundred. Although that is not great, I'm not going to let it deter me. I only missed one cardio and one video. I can make up the video.
Will be back on track today!! Looking forward to feeling great again:} I have my weigh in day in four days so hoping I didn't do too much damage.

Doing great staying on task. Doing video's and cardio daily. Eating lots of fruit and vegs. Lifting weights every other day and using machines. Getting plenty of sleep and of course drinking lots of water.

Sorry I kind of got side tracked and didn't post my progress from day 5. Here goes. I was so sore from my run on Day 4 that I ended up only doing the leg exercises once and then took a 2.33 mile walk.

Day 6 was a better day although I was still sore I did manage to do my walk/run and even felt a little stronger. Only did the exercises once though and I feel like I let myself slack on that one. I am thinking about doing the day 5 and 6 videos 2 more times today to make up for not doing it on the days I should have as it was my own goal to do them 3 times each for week 3.

Day 7 I am not as sore today as I was after my last walk/run so I would like to think that I am making progress. I did the ab exercises once this morning and need to do them 2 more more times. Getting ready to do that here in a bit. I will be going out for a walk as tonight is my calm recovery night.

Week 3 going well. I have made it to the gym every other day. I am doing cardio, swimming, and using weight machines. I am also using the wii daily and viewing the videos. Trying to drink lots of water and plenty of fruits and vegetables.

Day 4 ended as good as it started with a 48 minutes walk/run that left me feeling pretty sore today. I only did the video for day 5 once and took a 43 minute walk because my legs are so sore from yesterday. Tomorrow is day 6 and then once more day and I will be moving on to the last week of this challenge. I am starting to wonder what I will do after this challenge as I would like to keep going and make sure that I have a goal to accomplish everyday. I am thinking ahead though and have a little time left so I should have a plan before completing this one.

How is everyone else doing?

Day 4 is going great so far. DH is happy just watching TV and I am taking advantage of him being occupied. I went ahead and did the video for today 3 times straight through and then did a 20 minute cardio fat blaster video. I plan to go out after sunset for a walk/run to top off the day.

Day 3 of week 3 didn't go as I planned but I still got the video done 3 times as is my goal for the week. I walked to the bank and around the block which isn't much but it is still something. I have no idea what tomorrow will bring but the one thing I am certain of is that I will get my videos done and hope to get in my run or a long walk. Maybe I can get DH to take me down for a walk by the beach.

Week 3 I OWN you!!!! today was day 2 and I did it 3 times. I even have it memorized now so I can do it on my own. I also went for a 45 minute walk with my DH.

@True - I haven't been able to get to that video yet but I am hoping to get to it tomorrow. If not tomorrow for sure on Saturday. I hope you had a wonderful time with day 3 today.

Bretta you can do it!!! I know you can do and you started it which means that you are on the right track.

@True - You will make that goal happen. I didn't run my normal route tonight but I did manage to run around my block, 1.05 miles in about 8 minutes and only had to stop and walk once.

YAY!!! Your in week 3!! I hope you enjoy your run!! Let me know if you try that workout I posted and how you did / what you think of it! One day I am going to be able to at least jog on a treadmil!! HAHA that sure will be a shock to my body!!

I got up and did day 1 of week 3 this morning and read through the new challenge for this week. I am ok with adding 10 minutes to my cardio sessions so I shouldn't have a problem getting through this week. I have tried to do the videos as many times as the week that I am in so this week my goal is to to each one 3 times. The only day that I won't do that is day 1 because although it is supposed to be a no cardio day I started in the middle of the week which screws up the way I want to do my off days. Anyways I will be running tonight instead of doing the video a second and third time.
