They pretty much all come with either a hand pump or a foot pump, and they inflate pretty quickly. And you get the added bonus of pumping up the ball! If you go as fast as you can, you can alternate legs and get quite a burn going.

Do you leave the ball inflated all the time? I have very little room in my house and really don't want to 'look' at it all the time. Is it easy to blow up? I have seen them at the store and in my Health magazine there are always exercise for it.

I'll have to try that one this week. I like using the ball, it sure feels different. Feels like a lot more muscle is engaging - challenging!

I did the stability ball one too. Well, one of them. The one with the wall squats, pushups, etc. Its a challenge alright!

I chose the 15-min stability ball workout too for the same reason. I bought one last month and so far only used it to sit on while watching tv. I enjoyed the workout and will be using it again.

I chose the stability ball workout because I bought one a couple weeks ago and I hadn't figured out what to do with it yet. I really liked the workout! Adding the ball worked some different muscles than doing the same exercises on the floor.
