No day off yet! Woohoo. But incredibly sore now! Wow.

Today I did 45 minutes of shoveling snow, day 6 bootcamp video ('m on week 2 day 6) and my SIXTH day in a ROW of doing BONUS video. Yahoo! today I chose Coach Nicole's 15 minute stability ball workout video. emoticon

Saturday was supposed to be my only day off each week but since I didn't lose anything at all for a few days I took it up another notch. I did not take today off. Instead, I did 1 hour and 8 minutes **non-stop** of Leslie Sansone's Advanced Walk off the Pounds. Step for step, beat for beat, didn't miss a one. I even did the 2 minute high impact boosts at the end of each of the five miles. I also did day 5 **AND** day 7 of the bootcamp videos!!!! (Today I'm on week 2, day 5 and have done TWO videos **every one** the days of week 2!) Then I took a 15 minute walk in the rain after supper to go to the store and come home. Go me!

I just finished 30 full minutes on the elliptical trainer, the video for day 4 of bootcamp (I'm on week 2 day 4) and did another bonus video for the 4th day in a row! Today I chose the SparkPeople 10-Minute Crunchless Core Video. Wow am I feeling the burn in my hips, legs, butt and abs. Whoa! LOL. I also managed to do this with a torn ACL and a badly sprained ankle. Woohoo. :D If I don't see results soon, something is just not right! LOL.

(Edit was to fix my typing mistakes. Still shaking from the workouts and can't hit all of the keyboard keys just right. LMAO)

Thanks so much you guys!!

I don't know if we're supposed to make a new post every day so I'll just add my notes for today right here until I know better. =)

Today I completed 30 minutes NON-STOP on the elliptical trainer set to medium resistance instead of easy (which was a pretty bad idea with a torn left ACL. Oops. Oh well. LOL.) Then tonight I did the day 3 bootcamp video (I'm on week 2 day 3) and then for the third day in a row I did a 2nd video. I chose the 10 minutes cardio jump rope workout with Coach Nicole. I friggin did the whole thing!! I twisted my ankle and fell down about 6 minutes in. Was down about 30 seconds, got back up and just kept going when the video finished. I'm very stubborn. My ankle's gonna hurt like mad I think in the morning but I did it! Yay!!!

Did all of the strength training exercises assigned to me by SP today plus did the bootcamp day 2 video for week 2 day 2 then did the New YOU Bootcamp day 4 too! =) Also went for another walk today and did about 300 step ups! Woot woot.
