Today I did 10 minute stretching for runner routine. My legs were really tight from the weekend workout. Felt great!

I did New YOU Bootcamp 8-Minute Upper Body Workout. Is it weird that it seems completely different than the Bootcamp video I did last Tuesday?
Anyway, my arm muscles are on fire right now- but in a good way!

Today I did the 6-Minute Upper Body Workout with Ball. I felt it for sure because I also did the Day 3 bootcamp video right before (also upper body).
My legs needed a break though after spending a while at the gym yesterday!

I chose the stretching for runners video...I have been having a lot of tightness and cramping in my legs at night with all the miles I have been logging so I though it would be appropriate.

Thanks Arm1970 I just did the 6min hips, glutes, and thigh workout!!! As well as go to the gym. Today I burned a total of 1149 calories. Focused Baby, Its going down! Yea Buddy!

I'll be doing the Cardio Kickboxing workout. I'll do it today and tomorrow as those are my Tae Kwon Do days. The two workouts will mesh nicely.

Just finished the cardio kickboxing. Enjoyed it and have finally stopped groaning at doing jumping jacks. Plan on doing the Crunchless next. Need lots of core work b/c of a bad back.

I also did the 10 minute cardio kickboxing workout. I loved it!!!

I couldn't have done it 3 weeks ago, but after 2 weeks of the 10-minute a day exercise challenge, plus 1 week of the bootcamp challenge, I was able to keep up. Yay!
