My Week 1 Challenge goals are to incorporate more challenges that will increase my physical activity.

I have discovered the workout videos. It's like another dimension that was there all along and I didn't take advantage of it.

I do the workouts instead of just looking at them.

Want to add circuit training after 28 Day bootcamp.

On my way to a better life. Fulfilling some goals I've failed in the past and pursuing new challenges to achieve my life's journey to wellness.

I have just joined this challenge today and did day 1.

My goal to is build muscle strength by doing a dvd each day. I am not focusing on weight loss but on developing good life style habits.

I have been a member since July 21, 2014. I was in the 5% challenge that ended this past Saturday where I lost nearly 10 pounds! I wanted to continue in a Challenge so I joined this one! My goal for week 1 is to continue my tracking of nutrition and exercise and perhaps shed a few pounds. I love a challenge and loosing the last 10 to 12 pounds will be one heck of a challenge! I love all the encouragement and motivation SP has to offer! I hope to make new friends and we can encourage each other!

Hello all! I just started the challenge today. My goal for week one is to complete all of the videos, eat healthier, and increase my water to at least 6 glasses per day (I drink so little of anything, so to help this - I'm not going to drink any sodas - this will at least force me to drink water with meals).

I have tried and quit this journey many times, but I found I was the most successful the last time I was on this site. Reading others' journey and having that accountability was really helpful for me. So if anyone is looking for an accountability buddy let me know!!! emoticon I stopped because I got pregnant - which was my goal for losing weight at that time. But now I'm back at it to lose all that post-baby weight!

Challenge for myself this week:
1 10 min video a day
3 days of 30 min cardio
Eating according to the Meal Plan

Don't get discouraged, don't get hard on myself when I don't get it all in.

So today (11/2/14) I am on Day 5. I began this challenge on 10/29, and so far am down 5 pounds! I know it's going to be harder from here, most of this week's weight was over eating and probably water retention!

Yesterday (Day 2) I forgot to post here but.....

10 minute video done
Water intake 4 glasses
I ate well yesterday....Salad for lunch and soup for dinner!
I used one of my rest days and did no cardio.

Today (Day 3)
30 minute cardio workout done
Salad already made for lunch
5 glasses of water consumed so far
My diet was all over the place today...lots of chocolate (it's almost that time of the month).
Completed the 10 minute arm workout for today and felt the burn!!! emoticon
