emoticon ...this is a great challenge! If you're not tracking your food start as I found it made a huge difference in what I ate. I was surprised at some of the calories. I started changing and eating more fruits and veggies for snacks. As a matter of fact I prepare them ahead of time and have them available. Good luck and check in with the team. We're all here to support one another. emoticon

I'm here to get rid of some stubborn fat. I work out several times a week but the scale is not budging anymore. I'd also like to tone up, a little less jiggle in my thighs would be great!
