Kayla,,,, You go girl.. The buddy system has always been the best system regardless of what you are trying to do. Think about it. All our lives we turn to a buddy to help support us in whatever endeavor we do. I would be happy to be your buddy, God knows I need the support as well. Remember, a healthy body, means a healthy brain and will help you in school. Take care and keep on moving. Even if it is a short amount of time.

Good challenge to keep you motivated. Stay active and use all the tools and you will succeed. Interact with others doing the challenge. Make sure to use the nutrition and exercise trackers. emoticon

Hey everyone! My name is Kayla and I am a freshman in college. I joined sparkpeople and this sparkteam to help me get healthy. I need to loose at least 50 pounds. Everytime I have tried before, I failed. I realized that I was failing because I wasn't staying motivated, and then one bad day and since I would get stressed I would eat... the end. Anyways, I will not let that happen to me again. Therefore, my biggest goal to start it to of course loose weight, but stay motivated, every single day. If anyone else wants to stay motivated please send me a message because a think with a "buddy" it is easier.
