Day 1 of 28...

Walked the trail at the park...and then did the 10 minutes. Plan on doing it tomorrow BEFORE work...

I just finished day one of the bootcamp and I feel great! I need to do more, but I guess you have to start somewhere. I was tired (so out of shape) after doing the video once. :-(

I officially started Week one Day one today, exercise with sparkpeople dvd for 10 minutes and walked on the treadmill. I have been tracking all my food, drinking water. I need to work on getting to bed early so I can get at least 7 hours of sleep that will me my next focus.

Hi everyone it was day 1 for me today too and I've just finished the day 1 workout YAY! I've tried to do the bootcamp videos in the past and never made it to day 7 I think having a proper structured challenge will keep me accountable, I'll be thrilled if I can make it to day 28 and I actually think this time I will :)

Day 1 of Bootcamp. I read in the Slowest Loser blog that sometimes you need to restart. I believe this will be a great motivator for my new weight loss beginning emoticon

I just finished the day one video of the bootcamp and I can still feel my heart pumping a bit. I really hope that I can get passed this and feel better each day I do these video's.

This is the perfect challenge for me, I am going into my second week, and I need the motivation to keep it going. I can honestly say that I felt so much better mind and body after I stopped thinking about working and I just did it! I am looking forward to this challenge! good luck to everyone!

I'm hoping to just look ahead only for this week...that's a little easier for me but I think if I can not give up over the next five days I will feel so good. I haven't done it yet so I'm hoping this will be the week! Good luck to you and to all of us!!!

Greetings, Salutations, and Merry Meet!

I'm hoping...scratch that- re start: I think... that this challenge (I figure I can do this fo 28 days) will boost my motivation, renew my love of working out, and get me back on track and the road to being a healthier, much lighter me.
