I've lost 90-100 lbs. 3 times before, but always seem to gain all or most of it back. This last time, I kept it off for a while, but after the loss of my mom & several health issues in the last 1-1/2 year, I've put back on 45 lbs. I'm not going to allow myself to get back to where I was and am stopping this now at 45 lb gain. I need to get this weight back off & keep it off this time! I've lost 5 lbs in the first week! Just 40 lbs to go!!!

Week 1 done. Had problems putting weight on my left leg two days in a row, but the reality is that I don't mind being sore, because it means that I am at least moving! Still a slow start, but I am getting more and more motivated to becoming more and more motivated to work this like a true bootcamp without overdoing it. Good luck and GOD Bless everyone emoticon !

I agree, this bootcamp routine is really helping! I like it becasue it is keeping my workouts more stimulating. I add it to my regular routine of spinning and walking, and the weights and calisthenics really are helping my mix it up!!

Week One is DONE!! I walked 30 minutes all 7 days on my treadmill as my cardio. The hardest for me were the ab exercises! I did the best I could. Each time I do them I believe they will make me strong and they will become easier for me. I completed day one of the second week today and got my e-mail to add 2 Spark People videos. I WILL complete this challenge.

Piece of cake, er... broccoli.

I racked up more than 2000 aerobic points Friday by going skiing. Life is hard :-) The weather was fair, the snow was great and the crowds were all at home.

Second time out on my new skis. They performed really well!!

I'm kind of amazed I made it through Week 1. Here's hoping I can keep up the momentum and get Week 2 started off just as strong...

Round 1 over and ready for round 2! Congrats to everyone who is doing this! I am at my goal weight so do not need to lose but need the motivation to do anything more than running. I think I am allergic to anything with weights, pulleys, bands, and complicated instructions LOL! But this is great, doable and feels like it is doing some good! Sorest muscles are in my back but I think maybe I did not keep it straight enough as the videos instructed! Let's do week 2!

Today is Day 7 and Week One is done. I feel good about the week. I tracked my food and exercise. I kept to the plan and met all my daily goals. Was a bit surprised by the scale fluctuating throughout the week, ending with a 3 pound loss and only my waist had a reduction in size. Not sure what I was expecting, and don't get me wrong, I'm very happy for what I achieved.

On to week 2 tomorrow! I'm excited to have this challenge to keep me focused on my goals. Having this team for support is awesome.

I completed week 1 yesterday. I enjoyed all the exercises except the planks, so I guess I will have to work on that particular one extra! I am already down a pound and a half. A friend of mine told me I am looking really healthy and I am passing on the information about Spark People. Now, on to Week 2...

I completed week 1 yesterday and I decided to weigh myself this morning. I am happy to say that I am down 2 pounds and I lost some inches all over my body too! my arms went up an inch; I guess due to muscle, but I'm still happy! Week 2 here I come!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Week 1 completed! Exercised every day emoticon

No weight loss but since I have less to lose this time around, I'm not discouraged.

Week one was a bit challenging emoticon , but I found a way to work it. I had a nice 7 pound loss at the scale this week. Looking ahead to week 2--I am doing most of these except the extra video days, so I am certainly on the right track! emoticon emoticon emoticon
