Finish the challenge in combination with the Sweatsuit to Swimsuit challenge.

I just want to say I didn't quit. And weight loss or health benefits will just be a bonus.

I only have three goals:

1. to get all of my water in. For some reason, this is always the hardest thing for me- probably because I like coffee and diet coke so much...

2. get my waist back to its pre-Russia measurement of ~33 inches (approx. 2 inches to lose)

3. actually finish the challenge!!!!!

My goal is simple - I want to finish this challenge. I have started so many over the last 6 months, but did not finish any. I will not let anything get in my way this time. I have to do this for me.

I am tired of always saying I want to be healthier by exercising and eating better and then not doing it. I'm hoping this challenge with the team's support will make a difference. I just had my 2nd child and I want to lose the baby weight from both babies, keep it off, and be healthy to enjoy my kids growing up.

My specific goals:
1. Finish this challenge
2. Be more mindful of my eating and eat more veggies and whole grains
3. Do something physical every day
4. Look at my husband and children and think of quantity and quality time I'll miss with them if I don't make these changes

Good luck to all of us making 2011 the beginning of our healthy lives!

My goal this year is to move more. I turned 50 this year and along with I have noticed more aches and pains. When I exercise I don't notice them as much.
I could stand to lose about 20 pounds also.

I enjoyed the 10/minute/day Challenge,and am looking forward to this new one. I am on my way to making exercising and eating healthily a daily practice, but I'm still vulnerable to going back to old, unhealthy habits.

For this 28 day challenge my goals are:
1. Aerobic exercise, at least 30 minutes, 5 days/week
2. Toning video every day
3. Track my fitness and nutrition daily
4. Weigh daily
5. Lose 1-2 pounds/week

Thank you!

My monthly goal is to lose 11 lbs (5kg).

I intend to do this by:
1) utilising a 10 min cardio video for 5 days a week;
2) walking 2000 steps (1 mile) 5 days a week;
3) utilising a 10 min toning video for 5 days a week;
4) using my vibroplate for a 10 min session 5 days a week;
5) observing my SP diet for 6 days out of 7 each week (chilling on the 7th day, but eating not more than 1500 cals).

Exercise goals should take about 60 mins a day, but spread throughout the day as I can fit them in - this will help me stay focused as the dark night comes in!

My goal is to get back in the habit of using SP for exercise on a regular basis. Tried last year and did really well for 6 weeks then lost it big style and the only thing I got after that was more sloth. So this week - exercise every day, drink my water and log it all on my SP page - wish me luck I'll need it!

I joined this challenge because I did one of the other BootCamp challenges 2 and saw amazing results! I'm in grad school (full-time) and work full-time as a nightshift psychiatric nurse. My life is going to be pretty hectic once school starts back and I have packed on some extra pounds over the holidays. I need to lose those and then some. My overall goal is to lose 25lbs by June, but I'm just hoping to be able to COMPLETE this challenge as a short-term goal! LET'S DO IT!!

Getting stale with the program I have been following at gym - also my dance lessons are on hold thru the Summer /Christmas holidays and I have lost out on several hours a week there - so I commit to ...

1. Additional workout time
2. Break thru the mental block to working out at home
3. Use the dance and exercise DVDs that have been accumulating w/out being played
4. Try something new
5. Break thru a plateau - maintaining but at the higher end of the range - plan to get back down asap

my primary goals for joining this team are:
1) kickstart my metabolism
2) begin toning up right away
3) challenge myself
4) jumpstart my general fitness plan and set the tone for the new year and after

my overarching goal is to be down another 60-80lbs by my 42nd birthday in september. it's a bit ambitious but better to aim high and get close right?

My goal is to get back in the groove after the holidays with my eating and working out. I'm aiming to lose 25 more pounds in the next four months as I am glucose intolerant. So I will continue my goals of drinking my 8 glasses of water a day, working out 5 times aerobically and twice with weight training, and sticking to the "Eating for Life" diet.

I too have yoyo'd and I'm ready to put an end to the cycle.
My goals are to take it nice and slow. I'm in it to win it over the long term.
Exercise most days of the week and eat sensibly as much as possible.
Take some challenges to keep me motivated.
