My goals for bootcamp are to stick with it for the entire 28 days. I'm consistently starting programs and then quickly falling off them. Hopefully completing this bootcamp will set me up for future successes. :)

I just had my second child 4 months ago. I have 40-50 lbs to loose.

I'm here because in 28 days it's my Birthday and I want to go into it feeling good. I don't have a specific amount of weight I want to lose or anything like that (I've got a lot to lose and it seems to daunting to set a weight loss goal). I just want to feel better knowing I've started the next year of my life on the right track.

I am joining this chaleenge because I need a real kickstart to my program. I started a month ago, and I do feel better and stronger, but I just haven't seen any progress. I know these videos tend to be short, so I shouldn't have any excuse not to do them.
