My gaol for joining is to start getting better at wanting to exercise most of the time i am moving around and cleaning the house and that does take a lot out of me, but i have done goo so far just started so please for give me.

P.S i was waiting the whole time for the email to come to my private box not the spark one so i have been catching up with a lot of things

I gained over 20 lbs the last year and a half. I've been yo-yoing steadily up and it's time to stop. My goal is to exercise at least 4 times a week. I have a gym membership that is costing me $80 a workout because I only go once or twice a month. It's insane. I plan to follow the boot camp plan and get fit.

I joined this on Jan 3rd but didn't get started.... so I cancelled and rejoined today. I have learned that playing "catch-up" is always a set up for failure. So, today I am re-commiting and starting with today as Day 1.

My primary goal for this challenge is to gain momentum over the next few weeks, as my motivation to exercise has been lacking. I am excited to try something new each day and check it off as complete!

My overall challenge goal is to retrain by brain to get back into healthy habits. I want to keep track of what I'm eating every day, drink 8 glasses of water daily, do some type of aerobic activity for 30 minutes each day and stay connected to this site!

I'm joining this challenge to help me become more consistent as far as strength training is concerned. I have a bad back & my physical therapyist says the only way to help it is doing strength training.

emoticon i have joined this challenge for myself, I want to do better for my health, my stress, and my energy! I am a wife and mother of four children so I tend to focus all of my energy caring for them and have forgotten about myself and at 185 lbs. I am ready to focus on me. I hope in the next four weeks i retrain my brain and body to eat less, drink more water, try to get my high blood pressure under control, my stress level down, and give myself into a workout routine that will help me have more overall energy. emoticon

I have several goals for the Bootcamp challenge.
1. I have lost 58 pounds and have 32 more to go to reach my weight goal. Exercise can only help me get there.
2. I want to increase my upper body strength so that when kayaking season arrives the first time out doesn't hurt so much.
3. I want exercise to become a lifelong habit, 28 days at a time if necessary.

My goal is to get into a more disciplined fitness schedule. I am doing fine - I believe - with cardio because I like to go on runs at least three times a week weather allowing. I need to get more into some strength training and keep my momentum going.

Hi everyone, I just signed up for the challenge. I want to keep my momentum going - I have stuck to sparkpeople food tracking, and exercising 6 days a week, since January 1 and I do not want to lose the streak! I need to lose the weight I put on over the past 2 and a half years since I had my surgery.

I have lost over 20 pounds now, and I have been able to maintain that loss. However, I have been at this weight for several months now, and I am ready to kick-start the next phase of my weight loss. I am hoping to lose about 25 more pounds, and I think this 28-day challenge is just what I need to increase my metabolism and create new routines.
