My goal for this challenge is to start an exercise streak! I'm really good with keeping up with exercise once I get going, but one skipped workout has a tendency to really throw me off. I'm using this challenge as a way to get me in the habit of working out every day, even if it's just 10 minutes, so that there's never a skipped workout!

I have had 3 kids and since then i havent been happy with my body so my aim is to lose weight and tone my tummy so it doesnt look so saggy. My weight at the moment is 74.7kgs and i plan to get down to 60-65kgs.

I want to use this challenge to add variety to my workout. I tend to get bored with doing the same thing and I do not have a toning routine. I feel like I have hit a plateau and I think this challenge has what I need to get me back on track. Best wishes to everyone just starting out.

I am going to use this challenge to help me build a healthy habit of working out. It takes time to build a new habit. I want to make it to my mid range goal of 250 by May 31. I lost 16.2 last week. Most of that was because I watched the calories and track all my food as well as I moved. I am tired of being the big mom. The Heavy set person in the room. I want just once when I walk into a room not to feel people staring at me because I am fat. I want them to see the new me on the inside the one who is health, happy and getting fit.

1.) Log in everyday and get login points and Bonus Spin

I hope that joining this challenge will provide me with a few things. I hope that this challenge will help to provide me with a good starting point in the journey of being healthy. I am also hoping that completing this challenge will give me the motivation to keep the journey going until I reach my goal. I lost alot of weight last year and then got injured. (dislocated knee, ruised bone, ripped muscles) It really set me back the rest of the year. I even regained some weight I had lost. I just had my my gallbladder out 10 days before christmas and as of this week am finally allowed to do light workouts. I am hoping to get under 200lbs by the end of this year, and KEEP it off. Then I hope to continue on to getting to a healthy weight.

I just joined yesterday, and my goal is to lose about 10 pounds. I weight 150lbs and I'm 5'6. Every one tells me (including my wife), that I do not need to lose weight, but when I look in the mirror, I beg to differ. I am a former Marine, and I was always in top shape, until I hit my 40's. I have not worked out in years (around 20 yrs), and it is starting to show. This New Years, which is my wedding anniversary, I decided to get back in shape. I believe that this program is going to work for me, and I am very excited to start seeing results.

Day 1: Hoping to lose weight of course but more importantly I am hoping this will help me to hold myself accountable. I am a master procrastinator and have a never ending book of excuses. Mentally I am motivated, but physically I am fatigued, I just had my 4th child December 20th. I need to stay motivated even though I am a busy mommy.

Hello!

My name is Hilary, and I am aiming to lose 5 lbs (and keep them off) over these next four weeks, and hopefully will lose 15 lbs by Easter, when I head to Costa Rica to study abroad. I am doing this challenge with a friend, and I am sure it will be a wonderful opportunity to get active again!

I actually started last Monday, but I didn't join the team, so I'll consider that a warm-up. Today will be my official first day of boot camp. I walked dogs for two miles and now I'm going to do the video. I'm doing this to get back into regularly working out. I did great in 2010 until about September and then I got very busy and a little disorganized. I wasn't devoting enough time to expercise, but I'm ready to get back in the saddle because it feels so good!!!

I'm joining late but I'm super excited! For my next 28days my goal are:

1. do the challenge workout each day
2. 60 mins cardio daily M-F
3. ST 2-3 days/wk
4. drink 1+ gallon water a day
5. eat clean

OK, I'm ready to do this. I know I CAN do this. It will just take a little self-discipline. I am a mom of a 7 yr. old, and I am 25 pounds heavier than before I became a mom. That needs to go. My goal is to lose 20 pounds... and I am going to start with this 28 Day Bootcamp Challenge. There are a million reasons why I will not be able to finish this... but those excuses are what got me in this shape in the first place. No more excuses. This is it... My goal is to complete these 28 days... ultimately starting with this first week. It may not be pretty, it may not be ideal... but I am going to do it. Wish me luck!

After having my 3rd baby at 40 (!) and becoming a SAHM, I'm happy but fat and quite honestly, broke. My goal is to get into a manageable routine, using the tools I already have. The DH and I want to go on a cruise in November, and that's certainly doable weight-loss wise.

Lose the weight sensibly, steadily and without deprivation. Being fat is hard. I want a new hard.

My goal is to get back in shape. I stopped working out last year after moving to a new place & have almost lost all the progress I had made. My main goal is to feel better & fit better in my clothes. How much weight comes off is unimportant as long as I feel healthy.

My goal is to work out at least 10 minutes every day, more if possible. I plan on doing this by doing the boot camp workouts, going to classes at the gym, Zumba on the Wii, and working out on the elliptical or treadmill.

Health and Wellness is key! I am joining the challenge for some fun motivation. I want to lose 20lbs and taking it 5lbs at a time. I want to fit back into my size 8 clothes and feel good about myself. So I challenge myself to do the 28 day challenge, cardio and and back to strength training. My goal is to have a fun, energized, productive healthy lifestyle.

I started the 28 day bootcamp on the 12th but I did miss doing it on the 16th. I've done day #5 this morning and will do another bootcamp later on in the day to make up for yesterday.
I have also done a 5 minute band stretch and 15 minutes on the treadmill.
My next goal for today will be to drink my 8 glasses of water.Not bad for a lady of 68.
My goal is to make the 28 days as pleasant as it can be.

My goal is to do the 10-minute workouts every morning this week. As for the cardio, my goal is to do them each evening before 7PM. In addition, my sister and I have challenged each other to drink 8 glasses a day this week. We will report to each other by texting throughout the day!
