My goal is to establish a routine that includes a period of exercise everyday. I am able to do what someone tells me to do- but can't seem to come up with it on my own. I am glad there are videos available to tell me what to do!! emoticon

My goal is to create a healthy exercise and eating program. I want to exercise for 20 minutes 4x a week. At 70 years old that is something that I know I CAN do. I also want to track my food and water and eat healthy and loose 5 pounds.

My goal is to get back on track with a regular exercise routine, lose some fat and tone up the rest. In general, I would like to have back that great feeling of exercising and being fit and have a tighter body. I also get sick less often (I've been sick twice in the last 3 months)!

I want to get back in shape. I was in great shape last summer during my deployment but since I've returned, I've had 2 injuries that have set me back and I've regained all the weight I had lost.

I'm going to Vegas in April and would like to drop some weight before then(at least 20 pounds). And long term I need to drop about 100-120 pounds. I just want to look and feel better about myself. Wish me luck!

OK - my goal is to get strong enough to walk happily, ski aggressively, and live fully. Excercise with intention and impact. So - For the first week of the 28 days - 30 minute cardio and 10 min / day with weights (or situps/pushups) something strength oriented.

My overall goal is to lose 60 lbs. I was always athletic and in great shape when I was younger. Four kiddos and lack of priorities have done me in. We just bought a new house with a beautiful pool. I want to have more energy and feel comfortable @ the pool.....

Just starting today! My overall goal is to lose about 25 pounds, but I would like to lose at least 5-7 by next month. Also would like to eat healthier and wiser and to drink water vs. pop. Looking forward to the challenge! :)

My goal is to stick to an exercise program to keep me toned. I'm not wanting to lose much weight but I want to maintain and improve what I have done. I like the 10 minute strength videos, I just hope that I find time for them and the cardio every night!

I have joined sparkpeople only recently. What prompted me to join was a 3month long plateau thats driving me nuts. I had initially lost 80lbs and cant seem to lose anymore. Thought i might need extra help with calorie counting and with extra cardio and strength training info. Still have about a hundred more pounds left to lose. Joined the challenge as i needed more to do! ;)

I am starting this challenge because I am tired of always thinking "someday." ("Someday, I'll fit back into those jeans." "Someday, I'll be happy with how I look in photos.") I want that day to be now and I know that I need to make small, sustainable changes in order for that to happen. I can always find at least 10 minutes a day. And the accountability doesn't hurt either :)

Well why am I here? I lost 2 stone last year and then promptly put on a stone in 8 months. So I am here to be motivated and positive. I need the challenge on a daily basis. My goal is to keep it up,be positive and to lose 5 stone at a decent steady pace. The ultimate goal is to keep it off by maintaining a new life style.

My goal is to finish. I'm notorious for starting weightloss programs and quitting after just a few days or weeks. I'm looking for accountability. Of course, I'd like to lose weight, but more important I'd like to start a lifestyle. I want eating right and exercise to become a part of my life forever not just until I drop the weight. My goal is to get atleast 20 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and to do a video 3 days a week.. Over the course of 4 weeks I hope to have lost 15-20 pounds. My husband and I are on a very strict diet for the next 2 weeks, so hoping that doing that in conjunction with the exercise will boost my weight loss numbers.

I'm re-starting my Week 1 of the challenge, due to an illness last week. My week 1 goals are to get in at least 10 minutes of cardio in at least 5 days a week & to do one Boot camp video each day.

I'm also trying to work my way up to the proper amount of water consumption. My appetite for everything, including fluids is still not back to normal. So I'm trying...

I just joined this challenge today. I have thought about it for the past week and today I took the plunge.

I am already doing cardio 6 days a week and am trying to incorporate some strength training into my weekly routine. I joined this challenge for an extra boost to my current routine so that I have a variety of activites and not get burned out with the same ol' routine day after day.

After gaining almost 100 lbs in the past two years from pregnancy and post-partum depression I feel tired and un-motivated

It is essential that I lose weight for my mental and physical health, however, this is not my goal for the next 28 days.

For the next 28 days I hope to gain energy and motivation to help me accomplish my long term goal of weight loss.
