My Bootcamp Goal is simple... consistently walk and bellydance 30-60 minutes, five days per week!

And working out an hour for one day does not give me permission to skip 30 minutes for another day. Thanks for reading!

I have joined the Boot Camp in order to continue on my weight loss journey. By making the next step and adding to my exercise and fitness plan I hope to continue with the good start I have made. Have lost 28 kilos so far. emoticon

My challenge goal is to have more energy! I had a baby 5 months ago, and I am still 20 lbs heavier than before I was pregnant. I'm really hoping to lose the baby weight and fit back in my clothes.

Consistency!! Motivation, team goals and support. Of course I want to lose weight but more importantly I want to change my life! I've been a member for a long time. I lost a lot of weight the first time around. Then it mostly came back after I moved to the US. Then I started Sparking again last year, but fell short.

Now I thought this time, I won't yoyo, but start anew.

Already up to a great start, found a new sport I really enjoyed! Tennis! And I'm afraid of objects flying towards me, so I was surprised. A bonus that it's nice quality time with the hubs.

This time, I'm not going to try to lose a lot of weight, more about making small changes.

I'm athletic and exercise regularly. I also love food. Unfortunately my metabolism isn't what it used to be... I'd like to drop 25lbs to get back to peak shape for triathlons.

I am getting married in 3 months and just want a kick start to start working out. I am not looking for a drastic change. I know these next couple of months are going to get hectic so if I have this challenge to think about I won't let me eating habits get out of hand and still log in some exercies.

Once again I'm going through the bootcamp as a refresher while I work through all the videos available on the spark site and pick up more at home cardio and ST exercises. It's cold outside and while I do my powerwalking for fresh air and cardio, I also need the time indoors to keep me moving...so far so good in this first week.

Sorry if I'm posting this wrong. I couldn't figure out how to add my own and it looks like I'm replying to one here. Not too tech savvy.

Anyway, I'm doing this because I lost 20 pounds last year on SP and gained back 5. Now I'm back at it again and need to start exercising. Hopefully after a month of doing it daily I won't hate it anymore.

I lost 16lbs from Sept to Dec '10 and gained 2 back during December (2 week Mexican vacation and the Holidays). I want to lose another 10-15 in the next few months and needed a jumpstart!

I'm committing to the 28 day challenge in order to change my attitude on taking care of me. I want to focus on fun ways to exercise that fit into my daily routines.
