I want to change 5lbs of fat into muscle. Lean down and race 50 miles. :) Eat a bit cleaner and drink 120 oz of water every day.

Well - I have done this challenge a few times now - it just comes at a great time for me to revamp my goals and get back on track with regular workouts, etc! I have been stuck on a plateau for a LONG long time (talking over a year and a half) - but it never hurts to change up the routine and add different cardio/workouts!

I hope to jumpstart myself back into a losing streak again!

I lost the first 65 pounds at a steady pace... fought for the next 10 and have been stuck ever since! Regained a few and am determined to lose the pesky 30-40 more I want gone... this year!

My goals for this month is to lose 5 pounds
by exercising with both the workout video and my Wii fit Plus
I have some more than that planned but that is a good place to start.
I already track everything I eat so that is not really a challenge.
I need to make sure I count everything I do!!
I have a grandson leaving on a mission soon, like Mar - May 2011 I want to surprise him and his mom by how great I look!! emoticon

I have pulmonary fibrosis so the more I lose the better I breathe!!

I have already been taking steps to be healthier in general, but I would like to be held accountable and to be helped to develop healthy habits. At the end of the challenge, I want to have better muscle tone. I want to be drinking plenty of water EVERY day, and I want to exercise more regularly.

I have finally gotten the weight off that I needed to loose after being literally sat down with an injury to my foot from 2006-2009. The doc said I could do what I wanted and what I wanted was to get those 50 lbs off - gladly, 10 more joined them. My weight is good but for the first time in my life, my muscle tone is not what it should be. I look forward to 28 days of fitness and getting back to being the same on the outside as I feel on the inside.

my challenge is going to be: Food . I have very nasty food allergies and I cannot eat a lot of foods. The other challenge is finding the time to eat. Where as most other people over eat I do not take the time to eat.
My short term goals: To eat breakfast
To drink more water
To exercise more
Long term goals : To loose 10 pounds at the end of this challenge.

I DO know. Aging is scary, & facing decades of slowing down physically is even scarier. My goal for this challenge would be to jump-start this year's physical fitness, specifically building strength & endurance. Oh... right ... & to eat fewer cookies.

I recently completed (2) month-long bootcamp classes and I want to keep the momentum going. I'd like to stay motivated and keep working out regularly on my own. Also, I am trying to start a family, and I realize that now is the time to get healthy...both to help with infertility and to help maintain a healthy weight while pregnant :)

I'm a bootcamper to boost my motivation to relose some found weight. In 2009 I lost 90 pounds... in 2010 I gained almost 20 of it back. Time to get serious again before the pants don't fit anymore!
My goals for the challenge are to do the 10 minute toning videos daily- workout 30-60 minutes 5 times a week, drink all my water, eat all my fruits/veggies, and stay within nutrition ranges. I weight goal is 8 pounds lost in 4 weeks.

I want to reclaim my determination! I know that Sparkpeople works and that the nutrition, exercise and motivation is sound and healthy. I need to regain my stamina and get to where exercise is a daily part of my life, not a neglected, squeezed-in part of my life.

If hunger is not the problem then food is not the solution

My goals include getting my eating under control so I can reverse the direction of the scale. I would like to learn to eat less and the things that I do eat I want to make healthier. I also want to make exercise a regular part of my routine.

My goals for week one are to exercise at least 10 minutes a day and drink 8 glasses of water per day.

My Goals:
-Get motivated to exercise regularly.
-Lose about 20 pounds.
-Be ready to row when the rowing club starts in April.

My goals this month: Lose at least the 2 pounds I gained over the holiday. Cut out the sweets and excessive eating that has snuck back into my routine. Get back to excercising regularly!

I am here to get motivated and to accomplish making this a lifestyle change, make it as easy as brushing my teeth, just a normal daily thing, and if you have forgotten to brush your teeth, well let's just say that makes for a miserable day, so I strive to make exercise a habit that will be added to my daily "must do". My goal for the upcoming 28 days is to lose at least 10 pounds, I would settle for more ;).

So off to day 1 of 28 - I CAN DO THIS!!!!

I needed to reset my goal for the beginning of the year to regain focus. I would love to lose 10 pounds by the end of this 4 weeks bootcamp workout. Hopefully, once I get the momentum going, I can take a few more off to reach my final goal.

My goals for this challenge:

1. Stick with it for the full 28 days.
2. Limit my sweets - I am having major issues with this one since being back from holidays.
3. Eat healthier - fruits, veggies, etc.
4. No mindless/emotional eating.
5. Feel more fit and healthier - dropping weight and/or toning would be a great bonus too.

I want to cement exercise as a permanent fixture in my life and not get bored with the same old things I've come up with. 10 minutes doesn't sound like much time at all, so I know I can do it and I know I will be amazed at the results! I want to loose 8 pounds this month!

Hi everybody! My goal is to get a better strength training routine down. I've been pretty good about cardio because I've been training for a marathon, but now that the marathon is over (December 12th!) I want to work on a good strength training routine. I've been pretty sporadic about doing strength exercises, although I'm continuing to run regularly.

I lost 22 lbs in 1st half of 2010 and have been maintaining ever since. Looking to lose another 25-30 lbs this year. Joined this challenge to get me motivated and to work towards something. SparkPeople was very instrumental in my original goal and know that it will be again!

Over the last 4 months I have lost 23lbs with a blip or 2 on the way. The festive season has taken its toll & I need to get back in synch with my healthy lifestyle. Our daughter gets married in 11 weeks so this is also a big incentive! I aim to get back to 10'000 steps daily with my doggie & re-introduce zumba. Haven't looked at the exercise video's on the challenge yet but will give anything a try.

I need to lose 30lb initially to get back to my single days figure. I've gotten way off track now that I'm happily married. Once I accomplish that, I'd like to lose more, but I'm going to focus on the extra 30lbs to begin with
