My goal is to get back on track with my weight loss. I have lost 60 lbs, but somewhere along the way I have lost my motivation. I hope this is the kick start I need.

This is just what I need to get me back into fit! Thanksgiving and Christmas are full of food temptations -- and exercise time turned into mall-walking shopping time. I've got to get serious about what I eat and commit to the gym again. Just need a challenge as a kick-start!

My goal is to consistently add the strength training to my 3 week old habit of exercising 5 days a week no matter what. Some days I can only do 10 minutes of cardio (I have a serious autoimmune disorder), but that little bit really helps. So I am starting this challenge today and will be completed on the 31st of January- a totally manageable thing to do. emoticon

I have gotten bored of my routines at the gym and as a result lost motivation and commitment. I am hoping that this will help gain my interest back and show me some results.

My goals: 1). Lose 1-2 lbs per week. 2). Walk 4-5 miles daily. 3). Exercise 120 minutes daily to help make my joints become more limber and improve my balance. 4). To eat an anti-cancer diet (hope it isn't too late).

My short term goal is to get involved and get active. I need to do at least 30 minutes of activity every day, if not more. My long term goal is to lose 75 lbs. this year. However, I'm going to take it one week at a time. This boot camp challenge sounds like a great starter place!

I'm doing this for my health. I've had 2 cancer scares, have arthritis, and asthma. I'm tired of bad health... I want to be able go go places and do things without having to stop and rest.

I saw this challenge today and thought it would be a good place to start. I get a little bit frustrated with this site because i cannot find the videos that is talked about. My weight did fluctate a tiny bit over the holiday but I want to turn that around and start getting my waist line back. My goal is to lose 2 inches from my waist during this challenge. I am starting at 40.5 inches. I also saw something about using the wii? Can I access the videos on the wii?

I am taking this challenge so that I have extra motivation to stick to my goals this year!

This past year was a tough one - had an horse back riding related injury was off work for 4 months due to this- resulting in me losing a lot of muscle strength and gaining a bit of weight-- I hope this challenge will give me the kick in the but I need to make 2011 an amazing transformative year!

My goal in joining this bootcamp is to kick this plateau (which has lasted 6 months) to the curb! Even if I only lose 3 lbs in 4 weeks I will be a very happy camper. What I'm doing now isn't working as well as I'd like, so maybe the videos and accountability will help.

I want to lose 10 pounds. Then I will re-group and set more goals.
I will meet this goal by:
doing the videos every day
going to the gym 2 days a week minimum
eating fruits and veggies and water and cutting out simple carbs and sugar and coffee weaning is hard but much needed
I want 10 pound off me by FEB 1. It is realistic to me. I have a lot to lose, but I need to focus on the 1st 10 and get me Rolling in the right direction.
This is the perfect focus/challenge for me.

I am taking this challenge because I need that extra push of motivation. Four weeks sounds so reasonable, and might just help me get into a habit for good!

I am mixing strength training classes at the gym with cardio classes, running (treadmill and outdoor), and yoga.

Last quarter of 2010 was rough. First I found out I had 3 auto immune conditions then got laid off from my job of 10 years. I ended up gaining a lot of weight during that time.

Now I want to try to turn those negatives into a positive by taking the extra time I have now to focus on my health. This will only help my conditions and help me to feel better about myself.

I hope I post this in the right place...

I am participating in this 28-Day bootcamp and Spark because I want lead a healthier life. I'm so young and in the last year and a half I have gained over 15 lbs. I stopped being active and healthy once I started my at home business. Lack of exercise has not only become routine but also an excuse to hide from the world and become recluse. I want to become healthier to improve my love life, my social life, and feel better about who I am. I think this is a great way to really jump start workout.

I have always liked workouts that get right into it and push you immediately. I feel the 28 day bootcamp will get me on the right track. In addition, I work in the wedding industry and although I hate to say this, image is everything. I don't feel confident because of my weight, and clients will see that.

I am here to be the woman I know that I am, but just hiding under the additional layers.

I have done the day 1- 10minute video and am so ready for the rest!

My goal is to lose 40lbs. by July this year. I joined the bootcamp to start the year off right and to set a good pace for the rest of weight to come off. I know that if you do something for 21 days it becomes a habit, and I want to get into the habit and make a good one. I want to lose this weight, it has been on my body for FAR too long!

My goal is to complete the bootcamp by not missing a day or having to double up on videos just to get them in. I also want to shave off some of the pounds I acquired during December (about three or four). I think most importantly it would be fantastic to see some definition in my body again.

I need to lose about 50lbs. I figure if I take the 28-Day challenge, I can establish a routine--a positive routine--and still get everything else done that I need to and want to for the day. :-)

28 days = 15lbs lost

I have been using my treadmill an average of 5 days a week for a year now and lost 15 pounds. I obviously have not changed my eating habits much yet. I would like to step that up to 15 pounds every 4 months and needed some extra motivation.

I joined this challenge because a friend suggested it. It will be good for me, because I have been avaoiding my walks this winter, and I need some motivation to get up and move! My goal right now is to stay on track with healthy eating, and to complete all of the workouts each week for this challenge. :)

Every day in every way I get better and better.
