My goal is to get back into a regular exercise routine. I need to be held accountable to someone so this is why I am joining the 28 day Bootcamp challenge.

I joined Sparkpeople 2 years ago and lost just over 50 pounds, I've been able to keep it off for a year, but during 2010, I saw no additional progress.

So when I saw this I thought that it would be a great way to help me be sure to jump start this year for loosing another 50 pounds. Exercise has always been the weakest link for me.

1. Goal to work out daily
2. Drink more water
3. Eat more fruits and veggies
4. Get up and move away from my desk during the day

My goal is to be CONSISTENT by working out daily for the duration of the challenge! My Sparking has been rather up and down over the last few months and I think that having a solid DAILY goal will really help me with staying on track. :)

Let's go team!! emoticon

I am trying to lose 15 pounds, although I would settle for 10. I'd love to get down to the next smaller size. So I'm going to work out daily and complete this challenge.

I am going on a missions trip to Africa in March, so I'd like to be stronger and a bit slimmer to handle the hard work and heat. Also, this is an excellent motivator to stick to some new goals, start a fresh challenge and get some new workouts!

My goal is to get back into the workout routine and MUCH better about eating. . . I hadn't lost much and then gained back that plus more in the last couple months, so I need a re-jump-start.
I plan to do at least the bootcamp challenges but hopefully more :-)

My main goal is to get back in the swing of things...exercise and food wise. I am proud to say that I have lost @ 30lbs (and kept it off) in the 2 1/2 years I have been on Spark. I now want to work harder towards my ultimate goal of 87 lbs, which means I still have 57 more to go!! But..of course...slow wins the race!! emoticon

GOD, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
AMEN

I'm going to work on consistency, mostly. Consistency with cardio, strength training, and nutrition.

I'm looking to get used to a routine of doing strength training. I want to lose weight and be able to eventually run marathons. I love watching sports, and I want to be doing them well rather than just sitting there saying "I wish that was me".

I want to drink more water, and make sure to bring bottles with me so I don't have the excuse to drink soda.

I want to do cardio more often and for longer periods of time.

I am hoping that this challenge will really help me get the year off to a great start! Here are my goals for this challenge!

1. Exercise EVERY DAY. Make it a Habit!

2. Drink 8 cups (or more) of water EVERY DAY!

3. Learn about myself- What are my excuses? What problems do I have when it comes to exercising? Am I strong enough to make it through on the days when I just don't feel like it?

4. Post a blog EVERY DAY sharing what I did that day to work toward my goals.

5. Be accountable. My trackers are staying set to "Public." I have nothing to hide, and I WILL succeed!

Here we GO!

My goal is to follow the 28 day bootcamp by being more active when it comes to tracking my fitness, as well as my nutrition. On the days that I just don't make the time...well, those are the days I seem to blow it. I think this challenge will give me more accountability...or I should say challenge my accountability. I think by actually doing it, and seeing it, I can better understand WHERE and WHY I am not hitting the mark.

I'd like to get to 170 by my wedding on June 11th. My goals are to track my food Monday though Friday, do at least 10 minutes of exercise everyday, and blog my experience at least once a week.

Well, now it seems that my goals have shifted a bit. My workout routine will be adjusted slightly as I do a daily 10-minute boot camp video and at least 10 minutes of cardio 5 days of the week. My other big goal is to stay inside my calories and eat as many whole grains, veggies, fruits as my budget allows me to, aiming for 8 servings of fruits and veggies each day.

I haven't been Sparking on a regular basis for a while, and I have had several large changes in my life as well. Surprise, surprise- I've put about 7lbs back on, and I'm not feeling toned. I don't like it!!!
So my aims are;
1)to get back on track with my exercise plan- cardio at least 3 times a week and strength training at least 5 times
2) to get back into the habit of drinking 8 cups of water daily
3) to start traaining for a 5K race this summer and see if I can extend it to 10K
4) to lose the 10 lbs I need to lose to finally achieve my target weight!
Mt Sparkpeople tracker thinks I can achieve target weigh in March. Let's see if I can!!!

I have been a member of Sparkpeople for about 5 months. I know I have lost inches but I weigh too much for my scale to register until I have lost around 18 pounds. I am hoping the Bootcamp will get my weight low enough so I can see my progress on the scale.
