FINALE01, thank you for your encouraging post on creating stamina and inspiration. I guess I'll go and do my 10-minute exercise now. I forgot to do it earlier. Better make a commitment to do it at the same time every day.

When I first started this 30 day challenge I said to myself I will never sign up for another one, I don't see the benefit of 10 minutes of exercise and now I've committed myself to this!! Now I do see that I was building consistency, perseverance and self-discipline. And possibly a little aerobic conditioning. Now I'm thinking of other areas where I can use the 10 minutes of activity rule (like deep cleaning my apartment) to get goals accomplished. In other words, I'm glad I did the challenge.
