I've finished the challenge. I've consistently done at least 10 minutes of exercise each day (usually 30 or more minutes over the course of the day). I do believe doing some form of exercise each day has become a habit! WooHoo!

I can tell I've gotten stronger and more flexible and I'm actually enjoying exercising - probably for the first time in my life!!

Goals:
1. Continue with at least 10 min of exercise each day.
2. Continue improving Interval Walking Workouts a few times each week.
3. Incorporate strength training exercises a few times each week.
4. Continue daily stretching routine to start off the new day.
5. Incorporate Yoga routines a few times each week.
6. Work toward completing the 28-Day Bootcamp DVD.
7. Continue incorporating small exercise moves over the course of the day.
