I've learned to enjoy exercises of all kinds; long-term goal is to keep doing the exercising until. . . .
I've found I need to stay away from certain snax; long-term goal is to continue staying away from them, and continue to use the many lists of 100-calorie snacks that are available.

I've a long way to go to meet my goal weight; long-term goal is to continue to lose until I'm at the final short-term goal, then maintain for the long-term.

Work out with weights three times a week.

Cardio twice a week: Stationary bike or running.

To get of the cholesterol meds, 180lbs by Jan 30th 2018 and get built.

My Vision Statement:
To get off of my medications; Cholesterol statin, Hypothyroid levothyroxine, after effects from statin is hitting my quads and sharp pain in knees, to finish a marathon and too get at my healthy weight at 146lbs, so I can look better and do more things; to be able to work more active jobs, run a marathon, wear better clothes- more of a variety and feel better. To have more energy and get rid of my sleep apnea. I am feeling more energetic and sleeping better.
