And starting week 4.
I already feel so much better and I will certainly carry on-- at least 10 mins a day, but most probably more. I am trying to increase just a little bit every week.


Sunday: Pilates stretch
Monday: step machine
Tuesday: walk
Wednesday: day off
Thursday: arms strength
Friday: core strength
Saturday: swimming
